Indian states to brief workers bound for Gulf
Indian States have been instructed to hold familiarisation programmes for those seeking jobs abroad, especially in the Gulf Co-opreation Council (GCC) states and also hold programmes to update the skills of labourers, Minister for Overseas Indian Affairs Vayalar Ravi said on March 21.
